Employees
To a certain extent, this depends on your current situation regarding the notice period with your current personal assistance provider. If you already have an existing team of assistants who wish to transfer and work with us, we can begin almost immediately.
If recruitment of new assistants is required, we can usually start the service within 2 weeks.
Owners and Board of Directors
After signing the contract, we organize a meeting with the personal assistants you would like to transfer and work with us. They will receive information about our organization and an employment offer, and if necessary, the recruitment process will also begin.
Your contract with your current personal assistance provider must be terminated, and we will assist you in this process. While you are waiting for the service to begin with us, we remain in continuous contact and jointly plan the start of the assistance. Training for your assistants is also organized.
If you wish, we can take care of all practical matters related to the personal assistance compensation and coordination with your previous service provider.
