These activities may include basic needs such as household maintenance, personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition, as well as participation in hobbies, work, and social life.
Imagine all the things you would no longer be able to do if you had a severe disability — and what kind of support you would need to continue living the way you want. That is why the tasks of a personal assistant are fully tailored to the needs and wishes of the service user they support.
Some service users need assistance with personal care or home care. This may include support with activities such as administering therapy, assisting with the use of catheters, giving injections, and other similar care-related tasks.
Education or experience in this field is an advantage, but not decisive. Most often, your personal qualities are the key factor. We are looking for personal assistants who are responsible, caring, attentive, and who enjoy working with people.
