Therefore, you can end our service whenever you want, even from one day to the next, because you should always have the opportunity to decide about your life and your personal assistance. How do I choose you as my personal assistance provider?

Choosing a personal assistance company is an important decision. If you are interested in what we can offer, please contact us, and we will gladly come to your home to tell you more about our assistance company and how we work.

Once you decide to place your trust in us, we will sign a contract based on what has been agreed. We will also notify the Social Insurance office and your municipality that your personal assistance allowance will be paid to us. Together, we will agree on when your personal assistance will begin under our management.

It somewhat depends on how things look for you today with the notice period at your current assistance company. If you already have an existing assistant team that wants to join and work with us, then we can start almost immediately.

If you need to recruit assistants, we can usually start your assistance within 2 weeks.

When we sign an agreement, we arrange a meeting with the personal assistants you would like to join us. They will receive information about us and an offer of employment, and recruitment may also begin if needed.

Your agreement with your current assistance provider needs to be terminated, and we will help you with this process. While waiting for your assistance to start with us, we stay in close contact and jointly plan the implementation of your assistance. Training for your assistants is also scheduled. If you wish, we can take care of all practical matters related to assistance compensation and coordination with your previous assistance provider.
