No notice period

Personal Assistance is a service provided in the interest of the user and should operate safely and continuously.

The user has the right at any time to request a suspension of the service or a change of provider, in accordance with the legal procedure established by the Law on Social Protection.

The procedure for suspension or change is carried out through the competent Center for Social Work, in order to ensure a proper and orderly transition of the service.

How to choose us as your Personal Assistance provider?

Choosing a Personal Assistance service provider is an important decision. If you want to learn more about how we work and what we offer, you can contact us. We will be happy to visit you and provide information about the organization and the implementation of the service in accordance with legal regulations.

If you decide to choose us as your provider, it is necessary to submit a notarized statement of provider selection to the competent Center for Social Work.

After reviewing the request, the Center for Social Work issues a decision establishing the service provider.

After the decision is made, a service agreement is concluded, and the organization of personal assistance begins in accordance with the approved number of hours and individual needs.

Together, we will agree on the start of the service and create a plan for implementing the support.

That partly depends on your current situation regarding the notice period with your current personal assistance provider. If you already have an existing team of assistants who want to transfer and work with us, we can start almost immediately.

If it is necessary to recruit new assistants, we can usually start the service within 2 weeks.

If the user wants to change the Personal Assistance service provider, it is necessary to submit a notarized statement expressing their wish to change the provider.

The statement is submitted to the competent Center for Social Work, which processes the request and issues a new decision establishing the new service provider.

After the new decision is made, the new licensed provider begins organizing the service in accordance with the approved number of hours and the user’s individual needs.
